(taken from The L.A. Times)
Internationally acclaimed as one of the world’s great
entertainment personalities, “Master Illusionist” Jim Bailey brings
his brilliant tribute of “Miss Peggy Lee” to the Performing Arts
Center at Cal State University Northridge.
Sunday, June 1, the star whose uncanny likenesses of Judy Garland
and Barbra Streisand in all their glory have brought him legions of fans
throughout the world. With
his dead-on delivery of their music, their mannerisms, their total
onstage performances, Bailey will present the legendary Lee classic
hits, “Manana," "Fever,” “It That All There Is?”
“Why Don’t You Do Right?” “Hey, Big Spender” and more.
Backed by a “live” orchestra, in full costume and with total
production values, this will be an exclusive Los Angeles presentation of
the new show.
